Current fragmented patient management hinders outcomes and wastes resources due to a lack of continuous, real-time insights. Wearable technology offers a solution by capturing vital data on activity and lifestyle. Our pilot project with SAAS demonstrated the power of integrating this data to personalize treatment and guide patients toward their health goals.

Genomcore's platform addressed the complexities of wearable data integration. It transformed unstructured data into structured formats within a unified repository, alongside clinical and other sources. This seamless integration provided healthcare professionals with a comprehensive view of patient health, enabling data-driven decisions and personalized care.
