Aptitude project, enabling data-driven precision health with real world data

Citizens of Andorra over 65 years old used wearables to monitor physical activity and improve the health and independence. Genomcore's multi-modal platform allowed data interoperability, including wearable data retrieval and integration, data storage and analytics for precision health analyses.

Challenge

To use innovative health data sources, such as wearables, to continuously monitor the patient’s health and create personalized treatment and rehabilitation guidelines accordingly.

Solution

A GDPR and HIPAA compliant multimodal platform that is able to overcome the methodological and analytical challenges particularly in terms of integrating and characterizing multimodal, multiscale and heterogeneous unstructured data.

Our pilot project with SAAS demonstrated the power of integrating this data to personalize treatment and guide patients toward their health goals.

It transforms unstructured data into structured formats within a unified repository, alongside clinical and other sources.
