Aptitude project, enabling data-driven precision health with real world data
Citizens of Andorra over 65 years old used wearables to monitor physical activity and improve the health and independence. Genomcore's multi-modal platform allowed data interoperability, including wearable data retrieval and integration, data storage and analytics for precision health analyses.

About
The Andorran Health Care System (SAAS) was created in 1986, as a parapublic entity, manages healthcare for Andorra. Today the SAAS offers healthcare to more than 75.000 people.
Project
Harnessing Wearable Data for Patient-Centric Healthcare
Current fragmented patient management hinders outcomes and wastes resources due to a lack of continuous, real-time insights. Wearable technology offers a solution by capturing vital data on activity and lifestyle. Our pilot project with SAAS demonstrated the power of integrating this data to personalize treatment and guide patients toward their health goals.
Genomcore's platform addresses the complexities of wearable data integration. It transforms unstructured data into structured formats within a unified repository, alongside clinical and other sources. This seamless integration provides healthcare professionals with a comprehensive view of patient health, enabling data-driven decisions and personalized care.
