At the moment, the platform supports the two most popular web browsers: Chrome and Safari. The rest of browsers are prevented to log into the platform as we cannot guarantee all features will work as expected.
Sometimes smartphone and tablet manufacturers include their own web browser versions, often based on Chromium but not fully compatible with the platform.
We strongly recommend you to change the default web browser of your device to the latest official release of either Chrome or Safari to make sure all links and pages will be opened with them.
In order to do so, you must access the Settings of your device and go to the section “Apps” or “Default apps”. These menus may differ from one device to the other but usually follows this structure:
Android: Settings->Applications->Default apps->Browser->Choose Chrome
iOS: Default browser (Safari) cannot be changed. You can select Chrome for specific applications (e.g. Gmail) from within the settings menu of the application
